Yes. Most of our new-construction and addition work is scheduled through local GCs across Bergen County and greater North Jersey.

What materials do you install on new builds?

Architectural asphalt (GAF Timberline HDZ / Owens Corning Duration), clay tile, standing-seam metal, cedar shake, and commercial single-ply TPO/EPDM when the project requires a flat or low-slope membrane.

Can you dry-in the roof so framing stays protected?

Yes. We prioritize ice & water and underlayment dry-in so the structure is weather-tight while finish materials and other trades continue.

Who pulls the roofing permit on new construction?

Often the GC holds the overall building permit. We supply roofing specs, product data, and coordinate the roofing inspection portion with the building department.

How do you handle skylights and solar rough-ins?

We flash manufacturer curb kits and leave clean penetrations for solar or plumbing. Solar array installers typically set panels after the finish roof is complete.

What warranty covers a new-construction roof?

Ultra Power provides a written workmanship warranty, and when the full manufacturer accessory package is installed you may qualify for enhanced GAF or Owens Corning system warranties.
